Mike and Natalia have worked together for over 15 years, combining construction knowledge and project management skills to build a trusted local business.
Today, we are supported by a dedicated team, including an office administrator with compliance expertise; a full-time site foreman whose background as a police officer brings structure and calm to the busiest sites; apprentices; and a rotating team of carpenters and labourers, depending on project demand.We also work with a close network of long-term trade contractors who share our commitment to quality and reliability. Together, we focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and making the building process simple and stress-free.
We all live on the Northern Beaches and are proud to be part of the local community.

For over 20 years, Michael Smith has been designing and building homes across the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our experience in areas like Palm Beach has equipped us to tackle the complexities of steep sites, coastal conditions, and high-quality architectural details.
Michael is the Vice President and a long-standing member of the Master Builders Association’s Manly Division.
He co-ordinates monthly seminars and maintains regular contact with a network of over 100 local builders.
This ongoing involvement keeps him at the forefront of industry developments, local construction challenges, and regulatory discussions. He was recently invited to contribute to housing policy conversations with the NSW Government.
